Grameenphone FnF Setting:
To activate Super F&F number,
type: SF<space>Mobile Number and send SMS to 2888.
Example: SF 017XXXXXXXX
Super F&F change process:
type: SFC <space>Old Number<space>New Number and send SMS to 2888.
Emergency Balance:
Customers will be able to initiate a new call after reaching zero/insufficient balance for emergency need with a validity of 30 days.
Dial *1010*1# (Free of Charge) to get Emergency Balance
Package Migration:
Grameenphone prepaid customers (Nishchinto, Bondhu, djuice and Smile) can migrate to any of the three prepaid packages Nishchinto, Bondhu and djuice.
Customers will be able to migrate to any of the applicable packages with the interval of 1 calender day.
To migrate, customers need to write valid key word and
send SMS to 4444 or just dial *111*44# or *121*1*7#
